A typical feminine problem

A lot of my girlfriends told me that since they've had kids, they can't sleep like they did before. As a young mother, I also stirred at the every move of the boys, the slightest night-time rustling woke me up, so I could be there for them when they needed me. This was followed by my late-night soap-making experiments, then Manna and the necessary early waking due to school.

It's true that I often have little time to rest and I frequently have to lose a few hours of sleep in order to catch up with all my tasks.

It might seem insignificant if you've never experienced this before and perhaps you'd be surprised to find out how many people suffer from sleeping disorders. One day, I noticed that all the women I talk to complain and say that they'd do anything for a deep, good night's sleep until the morning.

In fact, the quality of sleep can be impaired by staring at the computer or mobile screen for hours before going to bed.
Not only does this have an impact on our skin, it can also lead to series health concerns: heart conditions are more frequent amongst poor sleeper who also have a greater tendency to develop adult-age diabetes.

So what can you do about it?

As a natural solution, these following tips proved to be the most useful for me when dealing with night-time tossing and turning:
