How to preserve the beauty of your eyelashes
Everyone wants naturally beautiful, long and thick eyelashes which enhance the glow of your eyes and make you look younger. Our eyelashes are no doubt the prettiest in childhood, yet there's no need to despair if nature gave you lighter coloured, sparse or short eyelashes.
This is what you can do to make them look better:
Use good quality tint
When tinting your eyelashes, make sure you use natural solutions which are the least harmful to the lashes. Give alcohol-based products a wide berth since they will parch and fray your lashes, possibly causing irritation and inflammation when they come into contact with your eyes.
Regularly replace your eyelash brush
Pay attention to the expiry date and replace your brush at least every six months. Why? Mainly for the health of your eyes. Inflammation-causing bacteria can spread through the brush strands and container. Choosing a brush with strong chemicals, which prevents this from happening, is also bad for your eyes. Unfortunately, there's no perfect solution aside from regular replacement.
Don't sleep with your makeup on
It prevents your skin from breathing freely, along with your eyes, which is bad for your eyelashes. No matter how late it is and how exhausted you are, you should always take the time to wash off and remove your makeup.
Take good care of your eyelashes and eyebrows
The Manna beauty oils are perfect for this - I particularly recommend the Argan and Sweet Almond oils. This is how to care for your lashes with oil:
- start the process after washing your face or removing your makeup with a cotton pad of coconut or beauty oil. It's best to do this in the evening, since this way the oil will stay on the lashes all night long.
- take an unused eyelash brush, previously washed with liquid soap and dried, and apply a few drops of Manna beauty oil on the brush and carefully comb your eyelashes and eyebrows.
