Rosemary essential oil
An endemic plant in the Mediterranean, rosemary was one of the first medicinal herbs known to man. Throughout history people used it to keep Evil at bay, to treat plague as well as to preserve meat. Today, it remains a popular culinary and medicinal herb and its essential oil has many different uses. The production of 1 kg rosemary oil requires 100 kg blooming plant.
Take a sniff – what do you feel?
It has a fresh, intense, woody and balmy scent with a hint of spicy mint. It blends well with bergamot, ginger, lemon, orange and peppermint essential oils.
Warning: Due to its camphor content, rosemary oil is not advised for pregnant women, for people with epilepsy or people with high blood pressure. It may provoke allergic reaction in those who are intolerant to it.
How to use

- Drip it in hair rinse to cure dandruff
- Vaporise it in aroma lamp
- For refreshing baths
- For sauna
Manna Tip
Scent mix to drive away fatigue:
- 3 drops of rosemary
- 3 drops of ginger
- 4 drops of lavender
Mix the ingredients in approx. 10 ml of coconut oil and rub the mixture into the affected areas.
Morning wake-up mix (for bath):
- 1 drop of rosemary
- 2 drops of petit grain
Mix the ingredients in approx. 10 ml of coconut oil and drip it in the bathwater.
