The start of a lasting love affair

Were I to write impartially about Virgin coco oil, I would be in big trouble – it’s simply impossible to contain my enthusiasm!

A couple of decades down the track, our grandchildren shouldn’t have any problem sending scents online – but for now, the only tool I have is words. I will try my best to convey at least a fraction of the pleasure that this fragrant Manna product (right in front of me on the table) can give you.

You open the pot, take the first sniff and... it’s so hard to resist...

...a bite! Indeed, its scent is very similar to that of a Bounty bar – a snow-white, fragrant piece of pure goodness. The first hour of our acquaintance was spent like this: ‘Wow, this smells absolutely brilliant! Is this real at all? Then we ended up sneaking back to it every 10 minutes for a good sniff. To tell you the truth, it’s hard to let it go. (Is that really Love after all?)

Organic Virgin Coco Butter (or coco oil, depending on its actual state, it melts at around 24 ºC) is a cold-pressed oil full of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and, last but not least, lauric acid (amounting to 50% of its fatty acid content).

What you can use it for:

Hair care
Before hair wash, massage it thoroughly onto your scalp and hair, wrap a towel around your head and leave the Organic virgin coco oil on for as long as possible (ideally up to an hour). Then wash your hair the usual way.

For dry skin
Dry skin promotes the formation of wrinkles and leads to early aging. Organic virgin coconut oil is truly nourishing thanks to its naturally high vitamin E content and other antioxidants. It makes your skin soft and smooth (and of course, leaves behind a fantastic scent) – all that without the unpleasant oily feel because it’s quickly absorbed. Use it as facial- or body cream, massage it into the nail bed or use it for foot care. Get creative and mix it freely with other butters (e.g. with cocoa butter it creates a thicker cream with a powerful, amazing scent!)

It’s so pure – you can even eat it.

We sealed it in a transparent pot so that you see if it’s fluid or solid. It starts to melt at approx. 24 ºC. In order to bring your organic virgin coconut oil into a liquid state, in cold weather (for example, during the winter) rinse it with hot water for a few minutes - this way, you can use it right away!

Keep it out of your eyes and mouth and don't use it on your private parts!
