What do you need to make it?

• 1 cup (approx. 225 grams) of coarse salt or brown sugar – Decide which one to use, they're both equally great ingredients
• 10 drops of pure, undiluted peppermint essential oil
• 10 drops of pure, undiluted lavender essential oil
• ½ cup olive, jojoba or sweet almond oil
• 2 tablespoons of dried lavender flowers
• you can also add a little honey

Here's how to do it:

Simply mix all the ingredients - the best way to do it is simply pour them into a jar. If the scrub is too thin, try adding more dry ingredients to the mix! Store in a cool, dry place so you could use it to care for your legs for a longer period of time.

Here's how to use it:

Apply about a tablespoon of the lavender-peppermint mixture on both of your feet. Thoroughly massage the scrub into your skin, especially into parts where there's more wear on your skin. The peppermint essential oil might make your feet tingle a bit. After the massage, gently wash off the fragrant mixture and dry your legs with a towel.

If looking for a truly pampering experience, apply the fragrant massage in the evening before going to bed – the lavender essential oil is particularly useful in this case, due to its soothing and relaxing effect.
