Facial cleanser soap and tonic, hydrating cream, night cream, body lotion, lip balm, foot cream, another cream for spots, eye cream, etc... I could go on and on and the list would never end. Using massive amounts of those can lead to a build-up of carcinogenic and hormone-disruptive chemicals in the soil, in freshwater reserves and in the entire ecosystem.

What’s the solution?

My advice is clear: get rid of all your cosmetic products that contain artificial colours, synthetic scents or other chemicals and take control over Your skin’s health.
