In order to achieve the best effect, try adding some lemon - the juice of about a half lemon - in warm or lukewarm water and drinking it in the morning and any time throughout the day.

  • its prolonged use may damage your enamels, so consider rinsing your mouth with water after drinking or use a straw
  • lemon rind is treated with a range of chemicals: before cutting up the lemon, thoroughly wash its rind and scrub with baking soda to be more effective
