Facing skin challenges? Then these tips are for you!

If You face ongoing skin problems, you have most likely tried all sorts of things. If you're coping with acne or highly sensitive skin which dries out easily, gets flushed or is extremely tight, you should take some time to consider the following:

1. Perhaps there are some health reasons for my skin's condition?

Skin problems are often caused by some digestive or absorption disorder, latent lactose intolerance or excess salt and additive consumption. These require some extra attention, but it's worth experimenting to find out if they're causing your skin problems.

2. Perhaps I'm not using the right products to care for my skin?

Many people are sensitive to the various chemicals used by the cosmetic industry. Perhaps You're one of them? If so, you can quickly get rid of these agonizing issues by using natural cosmetics appropriate to your skin type.

3. Maybe it's the water I'm using?

Yes, that might be the case. Water with a high mineral or metal content can also result in skin irritation. If you have highly sensitive skin, prone to inflammation and flushing, you should used soft, purified water for facial cleansing in order to prevent or at least decrease the causes of skin problems.

In some countries the water can be too hard and you can notice the formation of lime on your kitchen devices. The quality of the water also has an effect on the taste of dishes and drinks made with water, so if you enjoy drinking delicious coffee or tea, you should take this into consideration. In fact, this is a good reason to add a few tablespoons of vinegar to the water you use to wash off your shampoo in order to get truly shiny hair.

If you have extremely sensitive skin, this is how you can effectively clean, nourish and hydrate your skin:

For showering and facial washing, use one of our Manna soaps created for the most delicate nurturing.

If you still aren't satisfied with the results, you can also try using purified, soft, strained or bottled mineral water to wash your face. Follow this up by applying Premium shea butter or your favourite Beauty oil on the slightly damp skin and facilitate its absorption with small, patting motions.

To remove makeup without water, use a few drops of Organic virgin coconut oil (or Argan beauty oil if your skin is prone to acne) on a cotton pad and carefully wipe the surface of your face. Don't be surprised at how amazingly it can remove cosmetics without chemicals, rubbing or irritation. If the skin surface still seems greasy or oily ten to fifteen minutes later, you can sponge up the residue by covering the skin with a soft tissue and carefully pressing down on the glossier parts and then removing the tissue a few seconds later.

The result will speak for itself.
