It feels like we're addicted to cosmetics in the autumn as we surround ourselves with them since we deserve some pampering on the harsh, cold, windy days. I brought you a whole range of our favorite autumn Mannas, so you could try all of them as they reinvigorate you from head to toe, inspiring and enchanting you!

Physical and mental pampering are just as important in the autumn as in the warmer months. The autumn is all about withdrawing, turning in on ourselves and preparing for the winter. The days get shorter and in this period, we have a bit more time to take care of ourselves and our beauty.
Many of you have asked me which Mannas I recommend for the autumn period. Well, here's the top list!

Coconut oil for your face

Even the fragrance of the Manna 100% natural coconut oil recalls the wonderful memories of the summer and it has a certain tropical sensation which is sure to enchant and help you break free of your day-to-day existence. After washing your face with soap you can massage a thin layer of it into your skin.

Shea butter for hair ends

You might be surprised as you probably mainly used your favourite Manna shea butter on your body or face, even though it's a great way to care for the ends of your hair as well! Shea butter is just as beneficial on your hair ends as it is on the rest of your body. Apply some of your previously warmed favorite Manna shea butter on your hair ends an hour before washing your hair as normal. Make sure you thoroughly wash your hair ends so you clean off all the butter. Shea butter is a real elixir for your hair ends, you'll see!

Shampoo for dry and greasy hair

Did you know that our hair can get greasier faster in the colder months due to wearing hats, so it requires better care? I recommend opting for plain, natural beauty care when it comes to washing your hair. The Manna natural shampoo for dry, normal or greasy and dandruff hair was specifically developed to ensure the beauty of your locks and we still love it to this very day! Try our Manna natural shampoos with a sweet lotus scent and nourishing oils made with fragrant exotic fruits for normal and dry hair. Natural hair packs

Autumn hair care cannot be complete without a natural hair pack. Here's a tried and tested recipe that is sure to deliver: take a banana, mash it with a fork, add a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of soy yogurt along with 6-7 drops of Manna Argan oil. Mix thoroughly, apply it on your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before washing your hair with shampoo as normal. If you're looking for some extra pampering, massage a few drops of Argan oil into your dry or damp hair ends!
