Wonderful eyes – good bye circles, bags and lines!
The areas around your eyes have the thinnest and most sensitive skin of the entire face. Therefore, they deserve extra care.
How to do it:
1. Whenever you apply something on your skin, make sure it doesn’t irritate your eyes.
2. Thinner skin is more vulnerable to ‘crease’ so never ever rub it! Apply nourishing oils with small, slapping movements and spread the richer butters with extra care.
Wear sunglasses! The will protect the health of your skin and your eyes too – and less winking also delays the formation of wrinkles.
3. Use skin care products that befitting your skin type!
4. If you have oily skin: don’t let any cosmetics that have a drying effect come into contact with the skin around your eyes. These areas are more vulnerable to dehydration which also makes them more prone to irritation, as compared with other parts of your face.
5. You may want to use coconut oil or beauty oil instead of a makeup remover.
6. Consume enough liquid and eat a lot of food that’s rich in vitamin A and C. Besides animal source foods, sweet potatoes, carrots and spinach are also packed with vitamin A.
